Q: Do I need to create a new account?
A: Not necessary, you can make any purchases without register in this site.
Q: I am new to this website, how to purchase items?
A: First, click on to the image of the product for detailed descriptions. Click ADD TO CART if you want to buy. Surf for another products and ADD TO CART.
After finished buying, click CHECKOUT on the right colum. Input the information needed and then Pay with desired payment method.
Q: How long does it take for shipping?

Q: What could I do if there is any dispute or dissatisifaction?
A: Pretty Easy provides 100% satisifaction. If you unhappy with our products for whatever reasons, we provide no question asked 100% refund. Moreover, as Pretty Easy is registered business, all consumer are protected by the consumer protection law "Trade Practices Act 1974".
Q: I live in Melbourne, can I pick up my items?
A: Sorry but pick-up option is not available at this stage.
Q: I don't have Paypal account, how can I pay with credit cards?
A: You can pay by credit card (VISA/ MASTER) even you don't have Paypal account, please refer to this link (click here)
Q: Why don't you reply to my email?
A: We normally reply within 24 hours. Please check your junk mail box and send us the email again.
Q: I haven't received my item yet, what should I do?
A: If you haven't receive your item within the estimated postage time, please contact us with your address to verify that it has been posted to the accurate address. If the address is correct, we will further follow up on your parcel with Australia Post.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Yes, you would have to order 10 or more units on any single item, please contact us for more information.
