Well, at least for me, I always have problems removing water-proof mascara especially on my lower lashes.They never ever come off! and when I start to rub it, they start to fall off!

This brush is made of high quality washable rubber. To remove mascara, rub some remover on lashes, and place a piece of tissue / cotton pad under eyes and brush it towards the direction of growth of lashes!
